After ringing a couple of nationwide firms who then ideally should book you in with local firm and one not even coming... back to me when they couldn't get local cover, quoting absolutely ridiculous prices at same time, this guy was there in 20 mins, told me exactly what was needed and as I needed to take my medication was genuinely concerned about me getting in first I cannot praise this guy enough.
